I'm a native Californian with over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, both real estate sales and mortgage lending. I am the Broker and co-owner of Cross Realty. Together with my husband and partner Bob Cross, we offer our clients, real estate sales, rentals, lending and marketing services. We specialize primarily in residential real estate, ranging from one hundred thousand to multi-million dollar properties, as well as land and commercial projects. I have received awards and recognition for my achievements in real estate over the years. I'm a member of the California Desert Area Board of Realtors, the La Quinta Chamber of Commerce, the La Quinta/Coachella Valley Soroptimist and an active member of my community. |
